Core Support Services was founded in South Australia with one clear purpose: to provide disability support that genuinely reflects what each person needs — not what's easiest to deliver.

I saw too many participants squeezed into rigid support models, and I decided to do things differently. Our team has grown by hiring people who care deeply and giving them the space to build real, meaningful relationships.
